A few weeks ago, I had a chance to visit one of our local strawberry farms, Eno River Farm. They not only had fresh strawberries but another one of my favorite fruits, blueberries. Blueberries are filled with antioxidants and have other health benefits, so I brought home an abundance of berries that day; they were delicious. I will be visiting again to get some berries for the Fourth of July easy desserts I’ll be making!
What To Do With All These Berries!
My daughter told me that her roommate’s birthday is coming up, and she wants her favorite dessert, her mom’s Strawberry Shortcake. That got me thinking that I needed some Fourth of July easy desserts, and I needed more than one.
